YR Benefit Horse Trials
The event is the primary fundraiser for the Area VII Young Riders program. The dollars raised at this event are used to support: our clinics, camps and sending teams to the North American Youth Championships as well as support our Team Challenge Event. All prep and cleanup, along with volunteers, is done by Area VII Young Riders.

All Young Rider members are required to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours in preparing for or working at the event. We appreciate and family support at this event such as volunteering throughout the weekend and also in the planning prior to the event.

Work parties will be scheduled prior to the event and participation at this is strongly encouraged for all YR families and members.
